I am writing this letter in support of the two associates in your office who facilitated the sale of my parents' home at 64 Heatherfield Rd in Mill Brook: Celene Riccardi and Jeffrey Biegel.

Celene and Jeff were both very committed in every aspect of the sale. Jeff gave me excellent advice on how to set up the house for quick sale as well as recommending superb people to do minor jobs around the house. As you know, the house quickly at the open house. At that time Jeff, backed up by Celene and very able office staff, acted as go between during negotiations on price which was settled at a level very close to our target within an hour. After that Celene stepped in, helping to manage things every step of the way. She arranged for and was present during termite inspection and the actual job. She and Jeff also walked through the house with me helping to decide the disposition of property. Celene recommended and arranged with Joy Tag Sales, and introduced me to Joy for the final clean-up of the house and sale of unwanted property. By the way, Joy was a joy to deal with, and was instrumental in organizing and cayying out a difficult move. She also always seemed to know who or how a certain thing should be done.

In short, Celene and Jeff helped through a very stressful experience with a kind of firm grace that is difficult to put into words. Although I would never describe the experience of selling the home I grew up in as pleasant, the help they gave me made it infinitely easier. I unhesitatingly commend them for a job well done.
